QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

The Business Developer is responsible for developing a referral network to help increase the client base and developing new sales leads.  The main focus will be the sale of services for ERP systems and consulting service.  S/he will meet ongoing customer service requirements as needed and maintain customer accounts by meeting with current customers bi-annually.  S/he goal will include increasing sales within the assigned territory by making a large volume of sales calls and keeping abreast of industry developments and matters important to our customers through participation in trade shows, industry associations, and industry functions.  S/he will keep abreast of local people, business, and events by staying actively involved in the community, reading local newspapers and business journals, and attending local happenings.  S/he will project a positive image when representing the company to clients and the community.

POSITION TITLE:

Inside Sales Representative   

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT-related field, in addition to a minimum of 2-4 years’ of experience in sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To help support our growth, we are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads and for closing business via telephone, electronic mail, Internet or in-person. Responsible for revenue generation via frequent communications within a large and diverse territory assignment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline; generate leads, (client LOB and IT); closes business via telephone, electronic mail, Internet or in person
  • Prospect corporate leads and self-generated opportunities; validate, qualify and prioritize opportunities
  • Maintain a moderate level of ERP solution expertise and competitive intelligence
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process
  • Organize and schedule either remote or on site product demos emphasizing service features and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales orders

POSITION TITLE:

Full time position for Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements for this position are a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering OR a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree that is equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, in addition to five years of progressive post degree experience. The position requires two years of Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically Infor (Lawson) M3 (MOVEX), and business analysis experience. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Occasional travel as needed to address client needs.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager is responsible for suggesting and implementing methods to improve efficiency and reduce business costs.  S/he will confer with various organizational units within the client site to analyze requirements and identify problems.  S/he will then establish a business plan to improve efficiency and address business concerns.  S/he will study existing information processing systems, evaluate effectiveness, and develop new systems to improve workflow.

The Project Manager will prepare workflow charts and diagrams to specify operations to be performed by personnel and conduct studies pertaining to the development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs.  S/he will prepare business report and memoranda in order to document development.  S/he will perform the aforementioned job duties for clients in a variety of business environments such as Finance, Distribution, Data Warehousing, Manufacturing and various other public and private sector operations. 

The Project Manager will have strong people management, project planning skills with an ability to define and manage deliverables in collaboration with other project team members.  S/he will identify conflicting project priorities (tasks, resources, and schedule) and proactively resolve them.  S/he will assist and train other project team members on troubleshooting and finding solutions to complex scenarios and issues.  S/he will be responsible to independently architect an engagement defining the strategy, architecting the overall solution, developing systems requirements through blue printing, configuring and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.  The Project Manager will be responsible for supervising several Business Consultants.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • We are looking to get 2-3 resources with 5+ years of experience on PKMS/WMS preferably in USA (H1B, EAD, Green Card).
  • Candidate should be having WM implementation experience.
  • WM iSeries / PKMS, AS/400, RPG 3, RPG 4, ILE, DB2/400, CL/400, SQL.
  • Distributed Order Management (DOM) experience added advantage
  • Labor Management (LM) experience added advantage.
